OUR LEGACY
Rooted in tradition, the Bryan High School Band Program has defined excellence in musical performance for generations.
Since its establishment in 1971, the Bryan High School Band has been grounded in tradition and excellence. The BHS Band Area Cluster includes Stephen F. Austin Middle School, Jane Long Intermediate School, and Sam Rayburn Intermediate School.
The Bryan High School Band program is divided into several groups: Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensembles, Drumline, Color Guard, and Winter Guard. In the Fall, all of the various parts of the BHS Band combine to create “The Pride of Bryan”, which performs at all varsity football games, marching contests and various community events.
